To deal with the many demands of daily life, and to feel at ease and enjoy life the body needs to be well balanced, centred and relaxed. Yet habits we develop unconsciously may have leave us with a feeling of unease.
For example,
Chronic tensions,
Poor posture,
Shallow breathing,
…affect how we feel and perform in life, and can also lead to feelings of anxiety, fear or depression.
All these things show themselves in movement and posture. If you change how the body performs and reacts, you will be more in charge of your state of mind and feeling.
With our body language we inevitably send signals out to the world around us.
Confidence can be gained by having a strong, aligned central axis around which the body can be far more at ease.
